I took a closer look at the crash dump, and it turns out there is ps(1)
process on the CPU in the middle of kcopy, presumably about to fault
again in a loop just like PR kern/59175: posix_spawn hang, hanging
other process too (https://gnats.NetBSD.org/59175).  So, I think I'll
close this as duplicate since there's better diagnostics and discussion
over at PR 59175.
