 This is probably ppilot-error on my part.  Looking at the CD image
 created by anita we see no /netbsd (neither file nor directory) at
 the top level:
 
  	# vnconfig vnd0 install_tmp.iso
  	# mount -t cd9660 /dev/vnd0 /mnt
  	# ls /mnt
  	amd64
  	#
 
 Time for me to figure out where the top-level stuff went.  :-)
