Resync with latest guide/en/netbsd.xml file. Notable changes are:
  - made list of chapters up-to-date;
  - flush unused copyrights of Federico and Hubert;
  - this guide is for sysadmins and developers as well as for users;
  - provide ruNetBSD headers (new style);
  - several other cleanups.
