- import complete russian translate of "25. Miscellaneous networking topics" chapter
- edit PROGRESS to current situation  (i change cjndition of chap-net-practice.xml & chap-print.xml to done. msgibnev, it's OK?). "chap-dns.xml" is my next chapter

PEOPLE!!! don't forget edit PROGRESS file. where is chap-inetd.xml? what is this? maybe zaa leave this chapter? zaa, ansver please! (bud' laska :)
