I have split off the example installation into
a different chapter. Anyone who would like to 
redo it, feel free! Make sure you respond to
_this_ list so we can coordinate it here instead
of me doing it privately (unless of course, you
have some reason to keep it confidential).

Sometime in the next few hours I will be posting
a list of suggested material that we add to the
Guide.

The changes should hit the anoncvs server in an
hour or so,
