I assume you already found
http://www.NetBSD.org/developers/translate.html. If you want to work in
this area, you can just pick something of interest to you, tell us here
(to avoid duplicate work) and start.

Important areas are the NetBSD guide which needs to catch up to the
current English guide, a translation of the web pages describing NetBSD
in general (index page, Foundation, Goals, Misc, Releases, etc.)
or maybe localisation of sysinst (see
current-src/src/distrib/utils/sysinst/msg.*).

If there are questions (quite probable :-), just ask.
