Does this line say what we want it to say?  

"NetBSD is designed to minimize the
effort of making it run on new hardware, and as a result you are able
to concentrate on the development of the hardware."

I would think the more common use is to *exploit* the hardware, not
develop it.  

Maybe this is a little OT here, but it's particular to this flyer....
