Hi!
I was trying to backup some files onto the floppy before upgrading to NetBSD1.0
Release, and may have found a bug. While copying a file to my 1.44M floppy, I
mounted CD to look at some Photo CD files that I just purchased. I got an error
message(I should have made copy sorry, but this can easily be reproduced) saying
that it could not write to a sector. At first, I thought the floppy was bad,
and I retried on another floppy, but the result was same. I stopped accessing
Photo CD, and recopied a backup file onto the same floppy that was complaining.
It, then, copied successfully. It seems to have problem accessing two different
file system at the same time. Is this a known bug? Following is description of
my system:
486DX33 EISA/VESA/ISA
UltraStor 34F SCSI Card
NEC 3Xi CDROM
I have NetBSD-1.0Beta XFree86-2.1.1 on my system right now. If this was a known
bug, is it fixed in 1.0 Release?
Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Kang
