With:

As much as I can determine, block# 5572[89] can not be read by the
scsi system.  Looking at the sd driver, it seems like it does sector
remapping.  However, fsck can't seem to handle it.  Also, what happened
to ncheck and icheck?  They used to be usefull to find out what file
a certain block was in.  Is there any way short of fixing this by hand,
ie: write my own code, to fix this?
