try changing all of the /usr/foo export lines to one:

/usr -maproot=root -alldirs derenai.wa.com

I am guessing that /usr/src /usr/local and /usr/X11R6 are all on the
same filesystem, because you did't say.

When you use -alldirs the exported directory must by a mount point.
