It appears that compiling with the DIAGNOSTIC option is broken, it's
barfing in ../../../dev/is/ncr5380.c in some code that is #ifdef'd.
It appears that PSL_IPL and PSL_IPL2 are undefined.
I'll remove DIAGNOSTIC from the config file.
