There may be more to it than this, but here's what I know:
cd /etc
ln -s /usr/share/zoneinfo/US/East-Indiana localtime
Now, you will need a different file than East-Indiana, but I'm sure you can
figure out what that is. Give it a try. If it don't work, well, then you
need to do other things, too. ;-)
