netbsd-help: How do I restore my MBR?

My MBR got wiped (not sure why).   I can still get to the drive via a DOS   
based NetBSD boot loader, but I would sure like to be able to just boot   
the drive.

OS:  drive:
DOS  IDE primary 40Meg
  no IDE secondary
NetBSD-1.1 AHA-1542 SCSI ID#0 4GIG
