Heh, it's supposed to be. :) Very useful if you want to set up one of
those annyoing machines that sends out automatic messages all day about
what's lame in whose namespace.
You'll need to recompile with LAME_DELEGATION and LAME_LOGGING commented
out of conf/options.h (from the BIND src root directory).
