It won't be in 1.2 ... there were C library bugs that were preventing it
from going in...they've been fixed, but it's too late to integrate ypserv
for 1.2 ... It's very likely that it will go into -current right after
1.2 is released. If so, it might be reasonable to release an official
patch to 1.2 that includes a working ypserv.
