Hmmm... at first I didn't remember, but yes, I have seen something
like this.

I am not sure it is software related (in my case, anyway) because I
was able to solve it by unplugging my keyboard, and replugging it.

But this may be a worn out keyboard. I am getting key bounce on c and
d, and other problems.
