You can extract the sources by concatenating each set of *src12.*
files and piping the result into tar zxf:
% cat src12.* | tar zxf -
Note that since you are not a resident of the U.S. or Canada you
*SHOULD NOT* obtain the dsrc12.* set; that set contains crypto code
which is illegal to export outside the U.S. and Canada. Stupid, but
it's the law here.
A lot of this is explained in the INSTALL notes for each port.
