Yes. If you mean telnetting to port 80 of the NetBSD box from the network,
yes I can retrieve an HTML page using this method over the network as well
as, over the ppp link. However, retrieving the page in a browser only works
over the network.

BTW, the ip address over the network is the same as the one for ppp.
