Can anyone help me figure out (or point me to documentation on)
how to set up an IP over IP tunnel?  I've done a grep -i through all of 
the man pages (NetBSD-1.2) for both 'ipip' and 'tun', but nothing 
appropriate shows up.  (I'm assuming the tun interface has something 
to do with it.)
