On 30-Jun-98 Michael C. Richardson spoke unto us all:
#    Port 13 is used by "rdate", not ntpdate.

norad.arc.nasa.gov runs rdate, and I believe a number of other time related
services.  I did a web search one day, and found a big list of servers that
offer various time sync services to the public.  I cannot recall what the page
I found this info on was, but it's out there.
