While I'm obviously biased, I'd say that BSDI's support is quite good.
(I'm biased because I work in their support department part-time.)

I use both NetBSD and BSD/OS for mission critical applications. They both
have strengths and weaknesses. I would be quite happy using either in a
production environment, although I'm happiest having both.
