I am trying to get a system running with the bare minimum of files on it,
under diskless (flash-based) operation, in multi-user mode. I am getting
through the boot process, right to the last step - where init calls getty
and presents a login prompt. At this point, I am getting the following
message, recurring every 30 seconds indefinitely:
 "getty repeating too quickly on port /dev/console, sleeping"

I have put the files init, getty, ttys, and gettytab into their correct
directories. Does anybody know what could be causing this state?
