You can do this:

cd /usr/pkgsrc/www/netscape[x]
make install

Try if that will go fine.
If not, if would recommand you'll download the binaires from the bsdi site and install the bsdi bin's on your system. In fact, that's the most stable versioni encountered of netscape until now.
