I have one of these cards, too.  It uses a different Ethernet chip, not
anything Tulip-like, as far as I can tell.

I tried getting programming documentation from Samsung, but they
never returned my e-mails/calls.  I haven't seen any references to
this chip in FreeBSD or Linux, either.

One of these days, I'll try pestering them again about it.
