I've just upgraded pkg_install-20000202.tar.gz to pkg_install-20000511.
tar.gz, and installing packages using pkg_add via internet directly works
fine.

Pkg_add command process wasn't like the above before. I'm confusing.
But, anyway, installing packages using pkg_add command have just come to
work fine now. ;-)
