hello,
I have always the the problem of connecting my station
netbsd i386 to my isp.
I try two things, the first is:
like it was needed, I install the kde package,
I try to use kppp and the result is a modem hangup after
the numerotation and a short time
and then an exit of the procedure.
there is no possibility of helping me by the kde package.
the second thing is like the document about the ip-nat
and multiples isp. the result is worse than the first
thing. I have no numerotation, and the message on exit is
tcsetarg invalid argument.
I have created the files in /etc/ppp:
pap-secrets
chat-script
ip-up
ip-down
ppp-down
peers/myisp
ln chap-secrets to pap-secrets
ln /urs/local/bin/pppdowd to ppp-down
I do nothing in /etc, is a problem?
thank's for help.
R.
