so all of
America/Detroit (aka US/Michigan)
America/Grand_Turk
America/Louisville
America/Montreal (aka Canada/Eastern)
America/Nassau
America/New_York (aka EST5EDT and US/Eastern)
America/Nipigon
America/Thunder_Bay
are in EDT, but separate becaue they differed in the last thirty years
at some point? hmm...
