What would be the best way to set up 
user accounts in Netbsd.  I'm coming from 
FreeBSD, and that process is very different.
I have set up a user account using VIPW as
instructed but what are some good permissions
to set so that user can use this home directory
(read, write, and execute from it), and other
users can't.  Thanks in advance.
