The first time I run sup on fresh source install it takes 
a long time (to much time :) ).
Is it possible to cheat it and to create by hand 
when.<rel-suffix> with a timestamp some time ahead the source
tarballs timestamp and last.<rel-suffix> files with something
like find /usr/src?
does there exsists a cvsup server as well?
