Do you plan to run only NetBSD, or windows+NetBSD ? In the second situation
you can download the binary sets with windows, and install from the windows
partition.

Well, this depends on you applications and environnement (kde needs much more
RAM than fvwm for example :), but usually 64M is enouth.
