Use "0/32" as the address.  For example, my ipnat.conf reads:

map tlp1 10.0.0.0/8 -> 0/32 proxy port ftp ftp/tcp
map tlp1 10.0.0.0/8 -> 0/32 portmap tcp/udp 1024:65535
map tlp1 10.0.0.0/8 -> 0/32

where "tlp1" is the interface plugged into the cable modem, and internal
addresses match the "10.0.0.0/8" subnet.
