XFree 4.1.0 works on NetBSD (and many other archs) too, a precompiled
binary is available from ftp.netbsd.org in the
/pub/NetBSD/arch/i386/XF86-4.1.0-1.5.1 directory.

I don't know if that snapshot or NetBSD 1.5.1 supports your gfx hardware,
though (I'm sort of clueless on the whole issue!). All i can remember is
seeing some reports from people who ran NetBSD on some Intel chips, but
the details are beyond me. Try searching our mailing list archive.
