Yeah, netscape does so many things in a non-standard and non-intended
way it's probably one of the worst X11 programs in existence (sharing
the throne probably with acroread, which is raping the system in 
different, yet similarly disastrous ways...)  The way netscape abuses
the Motif styleguide (just try to navigate the menubar with the keyboard
for example) tells everything, I guess.
