I recently acquired a Compaq Proliant with the following config:
Intel 486 DX2/66 cpu
80M memory
3.5" 1.44M floppy
Embedded Cirrus Logic CL-GD5420
Embedded SCSI NCR53C710 Fast SCSI-2
PS/2 keyboard port
PS/2 mouse port
2 serial/1 parallel/1 SCSI-2
7 EISA slots
3COM 3C597-TX nic (EISA)
Netflex-2 10baseT or RJ-45 nic (EISA) (Token or Ethernet)
Some of these devices I found in the NetBSD hardware list, and some I am =
not sure of.
I don't care much about the netflex nic, but would like to be able to =
use the scsi since all drives are on the scsi adapter.
Any assistance and direction provided will be appreciated. I'd rather =
not run any Windoze OS on this machine.
Please feel free to contact me directly at g_evans2@hotmail.com.
Thank You,
Garen L. Evans, II
