Where is the official NetBSD kernel documentation that defines "maxusers"
(other than old 4.4 docs) and defining max processes and file descriptors?

Or is the code, like src/sys/sys/param.h, the best place?

Should it be documented in some manual page (like config)?

(I did look at the kernel FAQ.)
