Personally, I found Galeon to be very unstable and as slow as Mozilla's
default UI. In fact the idea of producing a 'lightweight' browser using
Gnome strikes me as a lost cause. Much better is the Skipstone UI for
Mozilla (http://skipstone.sourceforge.net/), which uses just the GTK+
libraries. It's not quite as pretty as Galeon, but it is much faster on
something like a low end Pentium or 32 bit Sparc.
