Aaargh, I somehow misread the man page for pkg_chk and wiped out a
lot of stuff. Still eluding a fix is kde 2, specifically kdebase2.

Not sure how to fix this: I have built everything else, include a
make clean && make install of libtool.

/bin/sh ../admin/mkinstalldirs /usr/X11R6/bin
  /bin/sh ../libtool --mode=install install -c -s -o root -g
wheel -m 555 dcopserver /usr/X11R6
/bin/dcopserver
libtool: install: invalid libtool wrapper script `dcopserver'
