_Finally_ got around to getting ssh/sshd working.  One snag I've run into
is that the behavior of the BS key has changed from what it was with telnet.
I get "^?" printed on the screen rather than erasure of the character before
the prompt ("^H").  Is there some setting I don't know about, or is this
a problem with the client (TTSSH)?
