I have a AVM FritzCard PCI (passive)
I also have NetBSD 1.5.2
Do I have to update to 1.6???

Well, yes I guess, if you have a passive AVM A1 or Fritz card. If
you have an active B1 model, then it's not yet supported. However,
your original question does not specify which AVM card you have.

Perhaps you can give more details so that we can help you better?
