I'm trying to upgrade my system to 1.6 (from 1.5.3), and
	when I attempt to build a kernel (any kernel, even GENERIC),
	it fails even the make depend.  Everything it spits out is
	a warning (and there are lots of them about NNETATALK and
	NINET6), but the one solid error is this:

		param.c:75: config_file.h: No such file or directory

	What's up?  How do I fix this?
