netbsd-help: Using <ncurses.h> instead of <curses.h>

I installed ncurses from pkgsrc. How am I able to use it? 
Compiling with -lncurses does not work. The ncurses.h is located
in /usr/pkgsrc/include/.

How do I compile with it?
