Hi,

This year the Summer Time on Brazil, the beginer in other day (no normaly)!

The solutions for this:

1 - Create file hv2002 with:
Rule Brazil 2002 max - Nov Sun>=03 00:00 1 D
Rule Brazil 2003 max - Feb Sun>=16 00:00 0 S
Zone hv2002 -3:00 Brazil E%sT

2 - run command:
zic hv2002

3 - Remove link simbolic /etc/localtime
4 - Create a new link /etc/localtime for /usr/share/zoneinfo/hv2002

# date 
Mon Oct 14 14:35:51 EST 2002

Now working fine!!
