i had to add also rpcbind=YES to make it run... if i do ps -uax i can 
see 4 nfsd servers running (as was specified in the rc.conf), i can also 
see rpcbind, but there isn't mount... where did it disappear?

the second question persists...
nfs_server=YES	uses nfsd
nfs_client=YES	uses nfsd, too?
