Thanks for your answer. Actually, it should be said that the nbmake-sparc64
script to be used is the one in the obj directory.
/usr/src/obj/tooldir.NetBSD-1.6.2-i386/bin/nbmake-sparc64 iso-image
did the work whereas
/usr/src/tooldir.NetBSD-1.6.2-i386/bin/nbmake-sparc64 iso-image
did not and was what I was doing...
