I have a sony vaio pcg-r505el
I recently installed netbsd on it... 
My i810M doesn't seem to like more than 800x600 depth 8 in XFree86
I read a few other posts where people seemed to say: 
compile a kernel with agp
install xfree 4.3.0
and you're done

I've done all this
but it still doesn't work

$ XFree86 -version
XFree86 Version 4.3.0
