I suspect that the OpenBSD disklabel contains sector numbers that are
relative to the enclosing MBR partition, whereas netBSD disklabels
contain absolute sector numbers - so describe the whole disk.
I'm not sure where NetBSD found the disklabel - nor why no one changed
the 'magic numbers' when they changed the format...
