Hmm, make sure you downloaded and installed the correct xcomp.tgz. It
looks like your /usr/X11R6/bin/imake file is for the wrong CPU. Run
"file /usr/X11R6/bin/imake" to see what CPU it's for. I don't know
what it should say for a Qube2, but I'm guessing it'll mention
something about MIPS.
