The vinum(8) page mentions a section 4 page. I cannot find that
installed on a NetBSD 2.0 (final release) system.
Is this a deliberate omission for some reason, or should I file a
PR?
Also, I built a kernel from 2.99.11 -current sources yesterday,
with the "vinum" line uncommented. When I boot, the green kernel
messages say, "vinum loaded", but when I try to issue a vinum
command ("vinum concat /dev/wd1a /dev/wd2a", which I think is
enough to create a concatenated drive), I am told that
/dev/vinum/control is not configured. (The node did not exist
in 2.0 BETA, I think, buth when I upgraded to 2.0 proper, I
believe that it was created.)
Is there some other vinum-related line that I need to add/uncomment
in order to get this to work?
I'm not sure that I want to get into vinum, really, but I can't even
play with it at the moment.
