There's a "libcrypto.so.1" in 
"/pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.6.2/mac68k/binary/sets/base.tgz".

Ideally, you *should* be able to install all the 1.6 libraries with 
the "emulators/compat16" package, but as I said, there's no binary 
package for m68k.
