This library is not built by default; see mk.conf(5): MKCRYPTO_IDEA defaults
to `no'. So, either build NetBSD with MKCRYPTO_IDEA=yes, or build just the
library; i.e. execute something like

	$ cd src/lib/libcrypto_idea
	$ make obj
	$ make USETOOLS=no dependall
